Refunds and/or exchanges are available within 30 days within delivery to you.
The returned gear must be in new condition and include all of the original packaging. Please make sure that you include your order number or a copy of your receipt for a speedy refund. For those that take advantage of the "Free Shipping with $100.00 Purchase" and after your returned products, your order is below $100.00, the exact shipping costs that we spent will be deducted before your refund is issued.
