It would be great if that were possible, but the skirt of the mask needs to seal to the face. The arms of your prescription glasses will break that seal. There are options though, you can wear contacts or get a mask that offers diopter lenses that can replace existing lenses such as the Clarity Mask by Deep See.WILL A SNORKEL ATTACH TO MY SWIM GOGGLES?
It can but it is not advisable because snorkeling masks cover the nose while swim goggles do not. If the nose is not covered there is a good chance that you will end up breathing in through your mouth and nose while using the snorkel. What happens next, you choke and we do not want that to happen.
DO THEY MAKE MASKS WITH NO FOG LENSES?
A few manufacturers did offer what they called no fog lenses but the materials that they put on the lenses only worked for a limited time so they quit making them. All masks will fog up but read our article, Care and Maintenance of the Mask or watch our video, How to Defog Your Mask, to keep you seeing clearly.
ARE THERE FINS OUT THERE FOR PEOPLE WITH WIDE FEET?
This question has been asked more frequently throughout the years. The answer used to be no but we like to consider ourselves as a consumer advocate. This means that we complain to the manufacturers about missing products in the industry, like snorkeling fins for wide and large fins. We have apparently complained enough that a few of the manufacturers have started to offer fins designed for those of us with wider feet. Read more in our article, Fins for Wide Feet.
WHICH SIDE OF THE MASK DO I ATTACH THE SNORKEL?
The snorkel is always attached on the left side of the mask when you have it on your face.
