VIDEO - WHAT IS A NEOPRENE MASK STRAP WRAPPER
"Ouch. My hair is tangled in my mask strap." This is a common occurence for those snorkelers with an abundance of hair. A simple solution, other than cutting it all off is using a snorkeling mask strap hair guard or strap wrapper or cover. This particular video highlights Deep See's hair guard but there are many manufacturers who make the neoprene mask strap wrapper.

WHAT IS A NEOPRENE MASK STRAP WRAPPER - VIDEO TRANSCRIPT:
Roy: Hey Jen, how are you doing?
Jen: I'm doing real good. I've got the snorkeling mask that you gave me.
Roy: How do you like it?
Jen: Well, I love it except for it's pulling my hair.
Roy: I have just the thing for you.
Jen: Oh good.
Roy: It just came in. These right here are called hair darts. It doesn't look like much, right?
Jen: No.
Roy: I have one here. It's made by Deep Sea and what it does is it covers the mask strap right here.
Jen: Oh.
Roy: It's made of Neoprene so it's not going to be pulling on your hair. Now you hold this right here.
Jen: Okay.
Roy: And on other company's what you have to do is you have to take the strap out --
Jen: Oh that would be a pain.
Roy: And you have to feed it through. Guess what? Velcro. Works wonders.
Jen: Oh that's (inaudible).
Roy: All you simply do is place the strap over here, sort of like a sandwich, seal that up. Now try it on.
Jen: Oh, that looks nice. I don't have to make any adjustments. I like that.
Roy: No, that's what's great about it.
Jen: Okay.
Roy: How's that feel?
Jen: That feels great!
Roy: Slide it up and down.
Jen: I can -- no hair pulling! I love it!
Roy: Cool! All right, well you're set!
Jen: Thank you so much!
Roy: You are welcome.
