Oceanic took the simple "J" tube snorkel design and modified it so that the snorkel is made almost entirely of hypoallergenic black silicone. The sliding snorkel keeper is the only exemption. No purge valve. No fancy semi-dry or dry top. Just a simple straight forward design for those who prefer an economically cost conscious snorkel.
