REFUNDS
We understand that not all products are for everyone, whether it is for fit or you just dont like the color or it is not what you are looking for. We get it and this is why we are praised with our customer service and want you, our snorkeling friends to be happy with your purchases.
Refunds and/or exchanges are available within 90 days within delivery to you. Yep, we dont care if it is used or new... but we do have a few guidelines. If the snorkel gear is new please add all of the original packaging so we can refund you 100% without a restocking fee (shipping is not refundable). Please make sure that you include your order number for a speedy refund.
We understand that at times, you may not be able to know if your mask or fins fit properely without being in the water. If the snorkel equipment is used, please tell us why you are returning it so we can forward your feedback to the manufacturer. We do ask that you be gentle with the snorkel gear as it will be subject to a 75-90% restocking fee. Any items that is not resellable will be donated to a non-profit organization. Products that consist of liquid or gels are non returnable. Books, CD's and DVD's may not be returned due to copyright laws. Please make sure that your order number is included for a speedy refund. Shipping is not refundable.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges on new/unused snorkel gear is welcome. In a short note, please include your order number, what you prefer and your phone number so we may call you to collect shipping charges.
