We may be reached by telephone during normal business hours which are:

Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm Central Standard Time

Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm Central Standard Time

If you reach our voice mail then we are assisting other customers or it is before or after normal business hours. Please leave a detailed message including your name and the exact nature of your call, plus your phone number and the time range in which we may return your call.

International residents are urged to include an e-mail address due to time differentials.
