If these pictures do not make you want to grab your snorkel mask, snorkel and snorkeling fins, nothing will.

Cheapflights.com put together a list of the top beaches that celebrities go to… (and we found it on the ABC News) why am I writing about this on a snorkeling blog? Because the underwater world off of the beaches have great snorkeling. How do I know? I have had the opportunity to visit the 6 out of 10 beaches.

Hey Snorkelers! Right Whale, Wrong Boat

Thursday, July 22nd, 2010

What do you do when a 40 ton whale lands on your yacht?  Well if you are this South African couple, I guess all you could do was blubber.

When I showed this to a friend when it appeared on MSN.com, she noticed the the boat owner appeared in different clothing when the boat was at the dock.  I calmly told her that if a 40 ton whale suddenly breached and landed on my boat I am sure that I would have to change my clothes too.
Read the story about the whale out of water and check out the pictures. The entire story appears at the following link.  It is really a blessing that neither the whale or the boat owners were injured during the incident.
