The hundreds of giant squid invaded the Orange County beaches in February and no one can explain why as this was a very rare occasion. The Giant squid were coming in at over 5 feet long and over 60 pounds.
I really need to pay attention to the news better, it would of been worth it to fly to California to see these creatures in person. For those that have pictures, please send them to me, I would love to see them, as most news coverage is deleted from the internet already!

How did we miss this story? We love FLIPPER! Well actually this adorable disabled dolphin is Winter and he is missing his fin but doing well. (We grew up with Flipper and call all dolphins FLIPPER and actually all clownfish NEMOS… )
Fox TV station reports that now Winter is offering “sit-ins” and his home in Clearwater, FL is welcoming the guests.
